Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was like living in a doll's house – SO cute and comfortable! The rooms were pleasant, spacious, clean, and quite comfortable, but not adequate for hot Summer days. The staff here was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location, though a bit out of the way from central Trier, was a perfect retreat in Nells Park. The dining experience was very good with a variety of options, but it was a shame that it ended early on Sundays after a wedding party. The facilities were modern and convenient, adding to the overall positive experience.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room with park view was perfect for celebration vibes, although it got a bit noisy at times. The room itself was spacious, modern, and the beds were really comfy. The cleanliness and modern amenities were impressive, but the noise from neighboring celebrations was a downside.
I found the hotel to be comfortable overall, though the rooms were a little on the small side and facing the street made them a bit noisy with the windows open. However, the service was excellent and very accommodating, despite not being informed about bus tickets to the city. The location, though a bit out of the way from central Trier, was acceptable for me, and the dining experience was satisfactory. The facilities provided were decent, though not exceptional.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were very nicely appointed, roomy, and comfortable. The breakfast was first-class. Being only 10 meters from the front desk was quite convenient, but there was some noise from celebratory guests late at night, evident from the empty wine bottles on their outside table the next morning.
The hotel offers a peaceful stay with a parc view and very tasty breakfast, although the rooms are a bit small and lack AC. Checking in and out was smooth with no waiting onto the rear car park. Service was friendly and accommodating, though there was a missed opportunity in informing about bus tickets to the city. The location, while beautiful in parkland, might be a little out of the way for some, but perfect for a serene escape. The dining options were good, with a variety of breakfast choices. Overall, comfortable and good value for money.
